Shipping policy

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders with in 2 working days or sooner and all Express Post parcels will leave ASAP. Please note that we are rural QLD and so Express Post assists with sorting but may not be over night.

We will supply tracking numbers for all parcels and Australia Post will send you details as well via email and SMS if supplied to us.

We will pack your parcel with care so it arrives safely for you to the best of our ability.
